Widget for projected income vs projected expense

Can do it in the AI chat, but would love to see this on the dashboard. Important for me since I have variable income outside my paychecks so it always looks like I’m going to run a deficit.

Hi @Brendan Lelieveld-Amiro, this is live. There’s a new Month Outlook card for the dashboard, on Plus and Pro. Open the Add Cards shelf (the arrange button at the top of the dashboard), pick Month Outlook, and it sits under the Income, Spent and Remaining tiles from then on.

It takes what has come in so far, the paycheques still to come, and the extra income that usually arrives beyond them (e-transfers, reimbursements, benefits, measured from your last few months), and sets that against what you’ve spent, the expenses still due, and your usual everyday pace. Then it says On track, About even or At risk for month end, with the number. Hover or tap Income and Spending to see every part.

The extra income piece is the one you asked for: it’s counted from what has shown up in past months, so a month doesn’t read as a deficit just because the plan only knows your paycheques. We kept it deliberately cautious. It counts on the lowest recent month, not the average, so it never promises money that hasn’t come before.

Thanks for the push on this one. Tell us how it reads against your real months.

    Cheers,
    Jamal
