Tally of Credit Card spend

I would love to have a feature that has a running tally of how much I am spending on my credit card because I use the credit card for household spending so I don’t want to spend over my budget. I would be handy to be able to monitor it.

    Great news @ellenkatherine@icloud.com , this is built and live! We loved this idea. You'll find it as a new "Card Spending" card for your dashboard:

    1. On your dashboard, tap the + (Customize) button

    2. Add the Card Spending to your dashboard


    It shows your total new charges for the month, with a line for each of your credit cards. A couple of details we made sure of: card payments never count (so paying off your balance doesn't look like spending), and refunds are subtracted from the total, so the number is your honest new spending for the month. It resets each month, so it's exactly the running tally you described for keeping household spending inside your budget.
