Semi-monthly allocations

I would like to be able to switch from monthly allocations to semi-monthly allocations, so that I can have a different budget for each paycheck. Right now I can contribute to allocations semi-monthly, but I can only split it evenly across the month total. Instead I would like to be able to create two seperate budgets for two different pay periods.
