Report views - Add option to select any 1 month in past

Hi. I have some quarterly bill payments and income flows, ex. March, June, Sept, and Dec are heavy months for me in terms of bill payments, taxes, and income. When looking at the Reports page, I can choose this month, last month, and then it goes to last 3 months, … I would like to see the only the month of June in the report view to review what happened in the report page. Can you please consider adding an option in the report page to select any month on its own from in the past?

    Hi Julie,

    Thanks for laying out the quarterly pattern. March, June, September and December being your heavy months for bills, taxes and income is a specific shape.

    The first is what you asked for. There is now a "Choose Month" option at the bottom of the date list on Reports. Pick it, step to the year you want, and click a single month. Choosing June gives you June 1 through June 30 on its own, and the button collapses to read "Jun 2026" so you can see at a glance what you are looking at.


    The second is something your post surfaced that we had not spotted. When you view a single month, the comparison beside your spending total was measuring it against the month immediately before.

    For your quarterly rhythm that meant June was compared to May, so a heavy month was always measured against a light one and the percentage looked alarming every time. You can now switch that comparison to "vs last year", which puts June 2026 beside June 2025. For seasonal spending that is the comparison that means something.

    Both are live now. If the quarterly view still misses something once you have run it on a real month, please tell us, since you clearly have this use case in sharper focus than our presets did.
