More dashboard card options

I think these would be really helpful on the customizable dashboard:

  • Account balances: this could display all the accounts like the manual ones and automatic.

  • Recent transactions: It could display like the past five transactions.

  • Specific goal chart: I see you can add a list of all the goals but it would be good if we could have specific and it shows all the info about it

  • Upcoming income/expenses: it would be nice if it had a list of the upcoming scheduled transactions like paycheck and bills

  • Alerts card: a card that displays alerts like Over spending, transactions needing categorizing, goals behind schedule.

    Please add these! Thank you!

    Hey @Cadin, thanks for the detailed list! Good news: most of this is already live in the dashboard's card library (Dashboard, then Customize, then Add Cards):

    • Account balances: the "Accounts" card shows every account and its balance, manual and connected. There's also "Available Balance" for your spendable total and "Card Spending" for this month's charges on each credit card.

    • Upcoming expenses: "Upcoming Bills" covers the next 7 days and "Upcoming Subscriptions" shows the next 30 days of charges, day by day.

    • Alerts: "Trouble Spots" shows categories running over budget, and "Goal Progress" flags goals that are falling behind pace.

    And your post directly shaped a brand new card we just built: "Needs Review". It lists your latest transactions that still need a category, and you can categorize each one right from the dashboard with a tap. As you work through them the list refills until you're all caught up, so it covers the "transactions needing categorizing" alert and acts as a recent-transactions view for anything needing attention.

    Two pieces we're holding off on for now: a card dedicated to a single goal (Goal Progress already shows each goal's progress and projection, with full detail one tap away on the Goals page) and upcoming income, which we'd rather build properly later as part of a complete cash flow view.

      Ok thank you! Just I don’t really understand why we cant see our total balance? I can take a calculator and add all my bank accounts up but it would be way simpler if i could just look at my dash and it already has the bank accounts added up and the value right there!

        Hey Cadin, good catch, that was a bug. If you open the Widgets modal again you should now see the Available Balance card which you can add to your dashboard now. It was unnecessarily gated even thought it doesn’t require a plan.
