Open the transaction, set its Type to Transfer, and expand Advanced Options. A new Linked Transfer row lists transactions from your other accounts with the same amount (give or take a fee) within 7 days, best match first. Tap the other half and both become one transfer. If it isn't there, Search a wider range looks back 31 days. Unlink puts things back the way they were.
I also looked at why yours weren't pairing on their own. Two things:
• On days you move the same amount between a few accounts, the app finds more than one possible match and won't guess. Linking by hand is the fix for those. • Your CIBC account often posts its side 3 or 4 days after the other bank, which is outside the 2-day window the automatic matcher uses. We're testing a wider window for that case.
