Hide Transactions
I think it would be cleaner if it were possible to filter out transactions that I've hidden from budget from the transaction list as a default. I often split transactions such as bills where half is excluded from my budget and hidden so this will make it easier as only the split portion which is not hidden will show in the transaction list.

Hi @team@waypointbudget , that makes sense. Is it possible to maybe add it as a toggle to give the option? Even for transactions that aren't split but just hidden, that's not usually very apparent at first if you're just quickly scrolling through the transactions list.

Hi @OptoGuy117, your second point was the right one. Excluded rows were only marked with a small icon, and it vanished when scrolling. Two changes are live now:
• Excluded rows read as faded, with a small "Excluded" caption under the amount, so you can tell at a glance without opening anything.
• Type "not excluded" in the search box and the list hides them, shown as a chip you can tap away. "excluded" on its own shows only those rows.
We're leaving excluded rows visible by default on purpose: they still carry account balances, and a lot of members keep them in view. The search chip gets you the clean list in one tap whenever you want it.

Hi @OptoGuy117, we'll keep excluded rows in the list. They still carry balances, and people lose track of them when they vanish. Filtering to a category already hides the half you excluded from a split, which covers the shared-bill case you described.
