Goals schedule updates

Could we have goals update the on track schedule at the end of the month rather at the start? It's the first of the month, and it assumes 0 contributions will be made for this month therefore all goals are behind schedule. Same goals for the debt repayment goals, it assumes no payments this month so their end dates have been pushed back a month.
