Goal list view with drag-and-drop ordering

Hey Waypoint team,

It would be great to have the option to display goals in a list view and reorder them manually. Currently, the order in which goals appear seems tied to their creation date.

Being able to drag and drop goals into a custom order would feel more intentional and aligned with personal plans. Thanks!
