Features for the Accounts

For the manual accounts it would be great to have:

• When i add a transaction i can choose “Transfer” and it can actually transfer money between the manual accounts.

• If the manual bank creator gets the bank icon wrong we can fix it by going through a list of icons and selecting it

• Displays total amount between all manual accounts on dashboard

• ATM withdraw: i could say i withdrew $10 from a bank account at a ATM then it moves it to cash or something

• Balence history
