Combined Group Budgets + Rollover Categories

Use Case: I want to create a budget group (e.g., "Travel") with sub-categories inside it (e.g., Flights, Hotels, Dining) to keep spending organized, but fund the entire group as a single rollover pool that builds up over time (monthly, yearly, bi-weekly, etc.)

Current Pain Point: Currently, group budgets (shared pools) cannot use rollover, and rollover categories require setting targets on individual categories rather than the group as a whole.

Suggested Solution: Allow a category group to have a shared budget that also carries its balance forward month-to-month as a rollover fund. Or be able to choose the budget frequency on groups, similar to the flexibility of regular categories.
