The first is the app cuts into the status bar at the top. The second is if i rotate the screen to potrait and back again to landscape, the sidebar dissapears with no way to access it again besides closing the app.
Thanks for the screenshots, both of these were real and both are fixed.
The first one was the iPad in landscape: the app had never been told to leave room for the status bar in that layout, so the top row sat under the clock. The second one was a rotation bug. Turning the iPad to portrait and back could leave the app thinking it was still on a phone-sized screen, so the sidebar went away with nothing to bring it back.
No App Store update needed. Close the app fully and open it again and you'll have the new version. If you get a minute, rotate it to portrait and back a couple of times and let me know the sidebar stays put on your iPad, since that part is hardest for me to reproduce here.
