Allow rules to add tags, apply to goal and change type

I love the rules feature and how it learns on its own. For now it can only update a category or choose to count or leave out of the budget.

It would be great if it could update other fields of transactions such as adding tags, changing the transaction type an including in a goal.

Here are some of my use cases which I have to do manually for now:

• if a transaction is for a clothing store, add shopping category and clothing tag

• if the transaction is a transfer to my investment account: add to investment goal

• If the merchant is my insurance, set type as reimbursement

This would help automate and simplify my transactions creation and import workflow.
