The home page shows the remaining balance available after rollover budgets are funded for the month but it would be more informative if that balance included fixed expenses like rent, utilities etc.
Hi @OptoGuy117, Safe to Spend already holds back fixed expenses when they have a date. Rent, utilities and any other budget line with a due day are set aside before your next payday, alongside the rollover funding. If a bill isn't being held, open it on the Budget page and add its due date. The Remaining figure on the Budget page already counts every allocation, fixed and flexible alike.
