Add allocation from dashboard

Would be very cool to add an allocation right from the dashboard. When we see that something is ‘unbudgeted spending’ but should really just be a new allocation, I would love to add that in context. For me, it’s helpful not to have to remember the amount my new allocation should be when switching tabs.
