Accessing support features

Clicking on the User in the lower left brings up the menu showing Profile Settings, Help & Support, Sign Out

It feels intuitive to click on Help & Support, but that just brings up a new email draft rather than the Help & Support page. Rather, it does if the web browser is configured to pass along a prompt to create a new email. It does at home, but at work the link does nothing.

It would be more natural for that link to open the Help & Support page, rather than having to go through my profile page, scroll to the bottom and there I find the link to the actual Help & Support page.
